El futuro del arbolado urbano y su interacción en nuestras ciudades será el hilo conductor del XV Congreso Nacional de Arboricultura, a celebrar a finales de mayo y principios de junio en el Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid, con la colaboración de Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
En la imagen desarrollada he recurrido a la metáfora visual para generar una sensación evolutiva, desde los elementos metálicos, manufacturados, en la zona inferior (jaula y pie de la farola), hasta los elementos naturales de la zona superior (aves y copa del árbol). La niña, símbolo de futuro, como nexo entre ambos conceptos. El resultado muestra la transformación de la ciudad y la repercusión positiva de las intervenciones paisajísticas en la configuración urbana.
The future of urban trees and their interaction in our cities will be the theme of the XV Congress of Arboriculture, to be held in late May and early June in the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid, supported by the National Research Council (CSIC).
In the image I've tried to generate a visual metaphor for evolutionary sense, from the manufactured and metal elements in the bottom (foot cage and the lamppost) to the natural elements of the upper area (birds and tree). The girl represents the future, linking both concepts. The result shows the transformation of the city and the positive impact of landscape interventions in urban settings.
